Each gram cream contains Fluocinolone acetonide USP 0.1 mg, Hydroquinone USP 40 mg and Tretinoin USP 0.5 mg.

Triclean Cream is indicated for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe melasma of the face, in the presence of measures for sun avoidance, including the use of sunscreens

Triclean Cream should be applied once daily at night. It should be applied at least 30 minutes before bedtime.

This topical cream is contraindicated in individuals with a history of hypersensitivity, allergy or intolerance to this product or any of its components

Avoid exposure to sunlight. Fluocinolone, hydroquinone and tretinoin topical cream can make you sunburn more easily. Wear protective clothing and use sunscreen when you are outdoors. Avoid using harsh soaps, shampoos or skin cleansers, hair coloring or permanent chemicals, hair removers or waxes or skin products with alcohol, spices, astringents or lime.

Some common side effects like Redness, Burning and Dryness etc (1% of patients).

Patients should avoid other topical products to the same area of skin which may cause drying effects, irritation etc. Gently wash your face with a mild cleanser. Don’t use a washcloth to apply the cleanser, just your fingers. Rinse and pat your skin dry. Apply a thin coat onto the discolored spot(s). Rub the medicine lightly and uniformly into your skin. Do not cover the treated area with anything after applying the Cream. During the day, use a sunscreen and wear protective clothing. Avoid sunlight exposure. Patients may use moisturizers and/or cosmetics during the day.

Use in Pregnancy & Lactation: Pregnancy Category C. Cautions should be exercised when Triclean cream is administered to a nursing woman. Use in Children: Safety and effectiveness of Triclean cream in pediatric patients have not been established.
