\n \nComposition :?Sparfloxacin INN 200 mg. \n \nIndications :?Exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, community acquired pneumonia, sinusitis, urinary tract infections, gonococcal urethritis and non-gonococcal urethritis, chancroid and other sexually transmitted diseases. Skin and soft tissue infections. Leprosy and other infections. \n \nDosage & Administration :?Patients with normal renal function 2 tablets (400 mg) on the first day as a loading dose. Followed by 1 tablet (200 mg) daily for a total 10 days of therapy. For urinary tract infections 1 tablet (200 mg) loading dose followed by ? tablet (100 mg) daily is generally recommended. In gonococcal urethritis 1 tablet (200 mg) as a single dose is recommended. \n \nPatients with renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 ml/min) is 2 tablets (400 mg) taken on the first day as a loading dose. Thereafter, 1 tablet (200 mg) should be taken every 48 hours for a total of 9 days of therapy. \n \n
