Tycil? belongs to the penicillin group of antibiotics. Tycil? is used to treat a range of bacterial infections. These may be infections of the chest (pneumonia), tonsils (tonsillitis), sinuses (sinusitis), urinary and genital tract, skin and fleshy tissues. Tycil? can also be used to prevent infection.

Tycil? is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to penicillins.
