Indications:

osteoporosis,cancer treatment induced bone less,paget's disease.

Ibandoric acid inhibits farnesyl pyrophos-phate synthase enzyme of mevalonate pathway in osteoclasts which in turn accelerates apoptosis and reduces resorptive activity of osteoclast.Thus reduces bone resorption and normal-izes bone mineral density.
