\n \nComposition?: Each 5 ml concentrated oral solution contains Lactulose BP 3.35 g. \n \n  \n \nIndications?: Constipation, Hepatic encephalopathy (portal systemic encephalopathy) \n \n  \n \nDosage & Administration?: \n \nAdult (including elderly) \n \nConstipation : Initially 15 ml twice daily, adjusted according to patient's need. \n \nChild : 5 - 10 years : 10 ml twice daily. \n \n1 - 5 years : 5 ml twice daily. \n \nunder 1 year : 2.5 ml twice daily. \n \nTulos may, if necessary, be taken with water or fruit juice. \n \nHepatic Encephalopathy : 30 - 50 ml 3 times daily, subsequently adjusted to produce 2 - 3 soft stools daily. \n \n
