Hemorrhage or risk of haemorrhage, Menorrhagia, Epistaxis, Gastrointestinal hemorrhage & Management of dental extraction in patients with coagulopathies.

Tranexamic acid is an antifibrinolytic that competitively inhibits the activation of plasminogen to plasmin through the reversible blockade of lysine binding sites on plasminogen molecules.
