Composition : \n \nLiptor 10 : Atorvastatin Calcium 10 mg. \n \nLiptor 20 : Atorvastatin Calcium 10 mg. \n \nLiptor 40 : Atorvastatin Calcium 40 mg. \n \n  \n \nIndication and Usage : \n \nLiptor is indicated as an adjunct to diet to reduce elevated total-C, LDL-C, apo B, and TG levels and to increase HDL-C in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia (heterozygous familial and nonfamilial) and mixed dyslipidemia. \n \n  \n \nDosage & Administration : \n \nUsually 10 mg once daily; if necessary, may be increased at intervals of at least 4 weeks to max. 80 mg once daily; Child 10 - 17 years usually 10 mg once daily. \n \nFamilial hypercholesterolaemia : Initially 10 mg daily, increased at intervals of at least 4 weeks to 40 mg once daily; if necessary, further increased to max. 80 mg once daily; \n \nChild 10 - 17 years up to 20 mg once daily.
