\n \nLevodopa & Carbidopa \n \nComposition :?D-dopa 110 :?Levodopa BP 100 mg + Carbidopa BP 10 mg Tablet. \n \nD-dopa 275 : Levodopa BP 250 mg + Carbidopa BP 25 mg Tablet. \n \nIndications :?D-dopa is indicated for the treatment of idiopathic Parkinson's disease, post-encephalitic parkinsonism and symptomatic parkinsonism which may follow injury to the nervous system by carbon monoxide intoxication or manganese intoxication. \n \nDosage and administration :?Dosage is initiated with 50-100mg Levodopa and 10- 12.5mg Carbidopa 3-4 times daily. If necessary dosage may be increased by 50-100mg daily or on alternate days according to response upto Levodopa 800mg and Carbidopa 80-100mg daily in divided doses.
