Apremilast INN \n \nComposition : \n \n \nAprila-10 Tablet:?Each Film Coated Tablet Contains Apremilast INN 10 mg. \n \nAprila Tablet:?Each Film Coated Tablet Contains Apremilast INN 30 mg. \n \nIndications :?Apremilast is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis and patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic therapy. \n \nDosage and administration : \n \nTo reduce risk of gastrointestinal symptoms, titrate to recommended \n \ndose of 30 mg twice daily starting on day 6 according to the following 5 day titration schedule : \n \nDay 1: 10 mg in morning. \n

• Day 2: 10 mg in morning and 10 mg in evening.

• Day 3: 10 mg in morning and 20 mg in evening.

• Day 4: 20 mg in morning and 20 mg in evening.

• Day 6 and thereafter: 30 mg twice daily. \n

\nDosage in Severe Renal Impairment:?Recommended dose is 30 mg once daily. \n \nOr, as directed by the registered physician. \n \nUse in Pregnancy and lactation :?Pregnancy category C. There are no adequate and wellcontrolled studies in pregnant woman. This product should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. It is not known whether this medicine is excreted in human milk.
