\n \nTriamcinolone Acetonide USP \n \nComposition :?Triamcinolone Acetonide USP 40mg/1ml (IM) Injection. \n \nIndications:?Trialon is indicated for alleviating the joint pain, swelling and stiffness associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthrosis with an inflammatory component, also for bursitis, epicondylitis and tenosynovitis. \n \n \nDosage & administration :The dose of Trialon is dependent on the size of the joint to be treated and on the severity of the condition. Doses of 2.5-5mg (0.0625- 0.1250ml) for smaller joint and 5-15mg (0.125-0.375ml) for larger joints usually alleviate the symptoms. Trialon 40mg/ml is available to facilitate administration of larger doses. Or, as directed by the registered physician. \n \n \nPregnancy and lactation :?Pregnancy Category-C. As with all drugs, Triamcinolone should only be prescribed when the benefits to the mother and child outweigh the risks. Corticosteroids may pass into breast milk, although no data are available for Triamcinolone. \n \n \nPacking :?Trialon Injection (IM) : 1 x 3's vials. \n \n
