Acute Bacterial Exacerbations of Chronic Bronchitis: Due to?Haemophilus influenzae?(including ?-lactamase producing strains),?Moraxella catarrhalis?(including ?-lactamase producing strains), or?Streptococcus pneumoniae?(Penicillin ? susceptible strains only). \n \n? Acute Bacterial Otitis Media: Due to?Haemophilus influenzae?(including ?-lactamase producing strains),?Moraxella catarrhalis?(including ?-lactamase producing strains), or Streptococcus pyogenes. \n \n?
