\n1 Tonsiotren tablet contains: \n

• Atropinum sulfuricum 5X 12.5 mg;
\n
• Hepar sulfuris 3X 10 mg;
\n
• Kalium bichromicum 4X 50 mg;
\n
• Silicea 2X 5 mg;
\n
• Mercurius bijodatus 8X 25 mg;
\n
• Excipients Q.S. to 250 mg.

Indications

\nTraditionally used for the treatment of complaints caused by inflammations of the pharynx such as acute and chronic tonsillitis. \n

\n
• Relieves redness and inflammation quickly and reliably
\n
• Gently soothes the aching throat
\n
• Reduces heavy mucus secretions
\n
• Has a beneficial and decongestant effect
\n

Dosage/ Uses

\nUnless otherwise prescribed adults and children from the age of 12 can take 1 tablet in the mouth every half hour to hourly for acute symptoms (max. 6 times a day). \n \nIn the case of chronic symptoms, 1 tablet can be taken in the mouth 1 to 3 times a day. \n \nFor children, 6 years and older should not take more than 2/3 of the adult dose. \n \nOnce the symptoms start to improve, reduce the frequency of usage. \n
